CLIENTELE POLICIES
! APPOINTMENT DAY !
Avoid caffeine 3hrs prior to lash appointment
Arrive on time, clean skin for best application + retention. (No makeup, oils, lotions, on the eye area)
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
A deposit of $20 is charged to reserve your requested date & time. The deposit will be deducted from your balance.
13% HST will be charged on E-transfer, Debit & Credit
Deposits are non-refundable
REFILL GUIDE
Foreign fills accepted upon assessment
visits after 4weeks will be charged as a full set
Schedule service according to your last service date
CANCELLATIONS
Rescheduling appointments maybe done a minimum of 48hrs prior to appointment.
Reschedule or cancelling with less than 48hrs notice will require a new deposit to rebook.
No-Show / Same day cancellations will incur a fee of $50.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please call/text Ariy if you will be late. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your service time this will be treated as a NO- Show. We will try to accommodate as fairly as possible, while respecting other client times.
